BRAZILS OIL ROUND 3 PRESSAULT AUCTION

Brazilian national oil agency (ANP) expect to earn more than R$ 30 billions of investment with the next oil basins auction to be held at the next, october 27th 2017.

Most of giant worlwide oil companies were itselves interested in thriving busines in brazil, bearing in mind the new rules applied to the oil fields. According to ANP, they expect to raise funds of approximatelly R$ 43 millions only with subscriptions bonds. A kind of mandatory provision paid upon the signature of contract on the auction of acquiring any oil basin.

In the 14th Bidding Round, ten maritime blocks will be offered in the Campos Basin, located on the coast of the State of Rio de Janeiro and Espírito Santo. Please read more at...

THE WORLD´S FIRST AUTONOMOUS SHIP WILL SET SAIL IN 2108

No Doubt we delight and are cheering to see the innovation and state of the art in the maritime  technology. However, in spite of the wonders of technology and before the vessel's maiden voyage, appropriated laws must be set up in order to apply this new technology and its uniqueness to embrace the default rule.

An appropriate regulation, will enable all stakeholders to prepare theirselves to comply with new rules. As an example to the above "hard case", how the Authorities in each country will handle the pilotage issues, tugboats manouvering, vessels clearance, loading and discharge operations and others procedures shall be applied.

Should the local agents be liable for any claims in conncection with the shortage and damage of the charges on behalf of the owners? There are some pending questions that must be clarified before the vessel sat sail. Please read more at .....

Pois bem, dentre varias imagens das principais manchetes de jornais, e olha que não faltaram escândalos e imagens marcantes. Ao invés de comentar as malas de dinheiro, prefiro comentar esta. Dois jovens deputados, cada um aproveitou a oportunidade que lhes coube a providencia. 


Ao deputado Fufuca, coube a presidência da câmara e a deputada Sheridan, ensejando a oportunidade, desenvolveu e apresentou um projeto que estipula as cláusulas de barreira, já valendo para as próximas eleições de 2018. Dentre as mazelas da política, sobressai no meio de um terreno pantanoso, duas figuras de "lotus" que contrastam com o cenário sombrio destes últimos dias. 


Eles não criaram a "panaceia" ou o elixir para curar todos os males do pais. Contudo proporcionam esperança que possa existir na política pessoas que através de seus atos venha a proporcionar um fim útil e proveitoso à coletividade. Digamos que foi uma ato "kantiano".
